Warehouse Pick-Ups: A Smooth & Seamless Process

Our warehouse is located in Minto and is open for pick up between 7:30am until 3:00pm on weekdays only.

At Florabelle, we aim to make your pick-up experience as hassle-free as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

What You Need for a Successful Pick-Up

1. Order Confirmation:
   Verify that your payment has been processed before arriving. Orders placed in the showroom may not be ready for pick-up if payment is still pending.
2. Pick-Up Reference Number:
   Ensure you have your Florabelle Shipment Number ready. This helps us quickly locate your order and avoid delays. Please provide this number to the warehouse team.
3. Vehicle Suitability:
   Bring a vehicle that can accommodate your items. While our team is happy to assist with loading, having the right-sized vehicle saves time and ensures a smoother process.
4. Fitting & Returns Policy:
   If packaging must be removed or stock adjusted to fit into your vehicle, please note that this will void the return policy for the item.
