Warehouse Pick-Ups: A Smooth & Seamless Process
Our warehouse is located in Minto and is open for pick up between 7:30am until 3:00pm on weekdays only.
At Florabelle, we aim to make your pick-up experience as hassle-free as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
What You Need for a Successful Pick-Up

Order Confirmation:
Verify that your payment has been processed before arriving. Orders placed in the showroom may not be ready for pick-up if payment is still pending. -
Pick-Up Reference Number:
Ensure you have your Florabelle Shipment Number ready. This helps us quickly locate your order and avoid delays. Please provide this number to the warehouse team. -
Vehicle Suitability:
Bring a vehicle that can accommodate your items. While our team is happy to assist with loading, having the right-sized vehicle saves time and ensures a smoother process. -
Fitting & Returns Policy:
If packaging must be removed or stock adjusted to fit into your vehicle, please note that this will void the return policy for the item.
DON'T FORGET to visit our outlet store which is situated next to the warehouse for one off pieces and bargains.
