What if nobody is at my premises to accept the Florabelle Living delivery?

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please keep the following in mind:

Delivery Address:

• Deliveries should be sent to an attended address wherever possible - PO box address' will not be accepted.
• If no one will be available to sign for the delivery, you can opt for an Authority to Leave (ATL). This allows the courier to leave the goods at your nominated location.

Authority to Leave (ATL):

• By choosing ATL, you acknowledge that neither Florabelle Living nor the courier is liable for any loss or damage to the goods once delivered.
• For security reasons, the courier may return the goods to the depot if the location is deemed insecure or unattended.
• Any additional charges for re-delivery or depot storage will be the customer's responsibility.

Special Delivery Circumstances:

• If goods need to be delivered to a home address or a business that is not yet operational, please inform us when placing your order.

Signature Upon Delivery:

• We recommend having all deliveries signed for at the time of receipt to avoid disputes over damage, loss, or missing items.
• Neither Florabelle Living nor the courier will accept responsibility for goods that are not signed for.
