When you have back-ordered items, here’s how the process works:

Checking Back Order Status:
- Back orders may experience delays in arrival. To get the most accurate ETA for your back-ordered items, we recommend logging on to our website and searching for the item, once you've clicked through, it will tell you what the Expected Date is if the item is out of stock. Please note, this date is only visible if you've logged on to your account.

Tracking Your Back Orders:
- For an easier experience, log in to your customer account on our website, click into your profile, then orders and if the status of the order is on back order, please click into it to see which products they are.
- Please note that our system does not display ETAs for back-ordered items on this page, so we encourage you to click through to each product, or contact us directly for exact ETA's.

Back in Stock Notifications:
- Unfortunately, our system does not currently provide automatic notifications when your back-ordered items have arrived at our warehouse. We recommend checking in periodically for updates.
